Mark Feinroth
Mark Feinroth is an attorney with more than thirty years in lobbying and government service. He joined Boston Plaut Attorneys at Law in 2024 after working for the Maryland Realtors® for nearly 20 years. Feinroth is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and The Catholic University of America Law School.
While working for the Maryland Realtors®, Mr. Feinroth spent 15 years as a registered lobbyist representing the trade group at the Real Estate Commission and on a variety of issues with the General Assembly. Feinroth also spent five years managing political advocacy programs for the Realtors®, which included fundraising and disbursements for the political action committee. Mr. Feinroth managed an independent expenditure program for the Realtors® and is knowledgeable regarding Maryland campaign finance law.
Prior to joining the Maryland Realtors® government affairs team, Mr. Feinroth was an Assistant Secretary for Regulatory Policy at the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation where he was responsible for two dozen occupational and professional licensing boards, the Division of Financial Regulation and Horse Racing.
Mr. Feinroth was an elected delegate to the 2024 Democratic National Convention and serves as co-chair and volunteer coordinator for the Maryland Harris Walz campaign. Mr. Feinroth is a Montgomery County native and the father of two adult daughters. He spends his free time on the tennis courts.
