Mark Feinroth

Mark Feinroth is a partner at Boston Plaut Attorneys at Law with more than thirty years of experience in lobbying, legal affairs and government service. He joined the firm in 2024 after working for the Maryland Realtors® for nearly 20 years. Feinroth is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.

While working for the Maryland Realtors®, Mr. Feinroth represented the trade group at the Real Estate Commission and on a variety of issues that came before the General Assembly. Feinroth also spent five years managing political advocacy programs for the Realtors®, which included fundraising, disbursements and legal compliance for the political action committee. Mr. Feinroth managed an independent expenditure program for the Realtors® and is knowledgeable regarding Maryland campaign finance law.

Prior to joining the Maryland Realtors® government affairs team, Mr. Feinroth was an Assistant Secretary for Regulatory Policy at the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. He was responsible for leadership of two dozen occupational and professional licensing agencies, the Division of Financial Regulation and Horse Racing.

Mr. Feinroth was an elected delegate to the 2004, 2020 and 2024 Democratic National Conventions. He served as co-chair and volunteer coordinator for the Maryland Biden Harris and Harris Walz campaigns. Mr. Feinroth is a member of the Board of Directors of the Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County, Maryland. Feinroth is the father of two adult daughters and he spends his free time on the tennis courts.
